The site exists to describe our chimney, air duct and dryer vent work and to let you reach us. You cannot buy anything here or open an account. You can call (973) 604-5766 or send the booking form, and that is all.

The booking form asks for your name and phone number, the address of the property (street, city, state and ZIP code) and the service you need. Your email address, a short description of the problem and up to five photos are optional. Only the fields the form marks as required are required, and calling us instead is always an option.

The form also asks, in two separate boxes, whether you agree to receive text messages about your request and marketing text messages, and the boxes you check are sent with the request. Both are your own choice, and the section on text messages (SMS) below explains what each covers.

When you send the form, a few technical details go with it: the address of this website, your IP address and your browser type. They tell us which website an enquiry came from and help us filter spam. Anything you type and do not send stays in your browser.

If you reach this website from an online ad, the page address can include an ad click identifier (such as gclid, wbraid or gbraid). When you send a form, that identifier is sent with it so we can tell which ads bring requests. It does not identify you by name.

The server that delivers these pages keeps a standard access log with details such as your IP address, browser and the time of each request. It is kept to run and protect the site, and we do not use it to profile visitors.

This website uses Google Analytics, a measurement service of Google LLC. It records the pages you view and how you use them, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and the type of device and browser you use, and it sets its own cookies to tell visits apart. When you send a form, Google Analytics can also detect the email address, phone number and street address you typed and send them to Google in hashed form (turned into a code that does not show the original text), so that Google can measure which visits lead to a request.

This website also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a measurement service by Cloudflare, Inc. that counts page views and loading times without cookies and without following you across other websites.

This website counts a few anonymous interactions, such as taps on the phone number, clicks on buttons and starting or sending a form, together with the page where they happen. Our website platform, LunOS, keeps these counts without cookies and without your name, phone number or email, and they are used only to understand which pages help visitors reach us.

Some pages of this website show a map from Google Maps, a service of Google LLC. The map loads from Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. On this website the map loads only when you choose to open it.

If you change settings in the accessibility panel, they are saved in your own browser, in its local storage and in a small cookie called lunos_a11y, so the next page keeps them. Both hold only those settings, and the cookie lasts up to a year unless you clear it. Like any cookie, your browser sends it back to this site with each page it asks for, and it is not used for anything else.

To block spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check by Cloudflare, Inc. that reads technical information about your browser and device. It does not use advertising cookies.

We use your details to answer the request you sent: to call or email you about the chimney, duct or dryer vent work you asked about, and to text you about your request and your appointments if you checked the SMS consent box. Form submissions reach us through LunOS, the website platform that hosts this site, which stores them for us. LunOS does not use them for its own purposes. Beyond that, no one outside the business sees what you send, except as described in the analytics section above. We do not sell or trade your information.

We keep enquiry records while they are useful for the work you asked about, and afterwards as part of normal business records. If you would like yours removed sooner, see the next section.
